it's because they hate me, and want to inconvenience me until the day I drop their ineffecient service for a better ISP.
so you're saying PLDT DSL isn't worth it? Shame, I was getting DSL pa naman... tsk tsk.
^ it's ok if you don't need it for work, because a two minute interruption means a lot on the job. and it sometimes selectively blocks the websites i'm using for work.
